king street location was GREAT. My room included a spacious bathroom, which I found unexpected. Breakfast had limited choices, but it was still good. Staff were very cute and pleasant throughout my stay. THE pool on the top floor had large windows for great lighting. Housekeeping freshened up the room EVERY day.
I encountered ONE challenge with parking. I had to find valet parking around the building.

I found the staff helpful. they accommodated a room change due to some street noise and elevator lobby sounds i experienced on my first night, and i really appreciated it. the housekeeping team consistently kept my room in excellent condition. I thought they did such a great job. i was always impressed by the responsiveness of the front desk staff!
The connectivity in my room had some issues that were not resolved even after i reported it. This was only a minor hiccup though.
