convenient stay near station
terry robes local art wood tones
i found canadian soaps and lotions in my room. terry cloth robes were provided too. there were books by scotiabank giller prize winners. i appreciated the local art displayed, alongside warm wood tones throughout the hotel.
the air conditioning unit in my room made significant noise. it did not regulate the temperature very well either.

the room included a comfortable queen bed. it also featured a rainfall shower for added convenience. i noted two separate sinks, a good feature for couples or travelers sharing a room.

convenient location friendly staff
the location was superb. it was very close to the station and within easy walking distance of places i wanted to visit. the staff at humble donkey were friendly, which i appreciated, and the coffee breaks were a definite highlight.

convenient location comfortable bed nice linen
The location was very close to the station, so it was easy for catching an early train. The hotel provided a refill station in the hallway. This was a great idea. Bed linens were very nice and the bed was comfortable.
The room was quite small. It was hard to fully open my suitcase.

The hotel is near a large transport hub. This made it convenient for accessing the airport and going on excursions. The proximity to the train station was a definite advantage.

modern equipment ideal location cramped room hallway noise
The newly refurbished gym was a good surprise. It featured modern equipment that i found very pleasing. the location was ideal with steps to the station and easy access to various points of interest. It was a splendid convenience.
The room was smaller than expected. It felt a bit cramped when i settled in. the noise from the hallway was quite disruptive. I could hear every conversation passing by my door.

convenient location helpful staff modern hotel necessary facilities
The hotel has a very convenient location, only steps from Union Station. The hotel staff were helpful and cute!!! The hotel itself presents a modern design and a nice cafe and restaurant. I found the room to be clean and well-equipped with all necessary facilities.
I noted some noise in the hallway, particularly the sound of doors closing, both at night and in the morning.

great location railway station amazing shower loud airconditioning dark room
the location worked well. it was close to the railway station and other attractions. the shower was amazing after a long day traveling! i really liked this.
the airconditioning was really loud! it was hard to sleep. the view was horrible and the room was very dark. there was little light.
