loud ventilation poor check-in
The check-in process was not smooth. It seemed like the staff didn't acknowledge my online check-in. A Loud noise from the ventilation kept me awake for some time. Moving to another room was suggested at midnight. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience at checkout. This was frustrating given the room's cost.

The hotel is very near the train station , a short walk. Breakfast included many choices and tasted very good. Staff members were very helpful whenever assistance was needed. The room met a high standard.
The room overlooked a slightly noisy street , disrupting sleep a little.

I appreciated the location near the main train station. It made getting around very easy. Public transportation was also accessible in front of the building. The staff provided helpful suggestions for exploring the area, and the room was comfortable.

central location cute staff peaceful haven
the hotel is just across from the central station. it made getting around easy. the staff at the reception were so cute and helpful, i felt cared for. the comfort double room was lovely, its modern design created such a peaceful haven.
the breakfast service felt a little understaffed. tables were sometimes slow to be cleared, and getting a refill of coffee took a bit of time.

the location was definitely a plus. however, the room felt a little dated. i also noticed a strong smell of smoke. it seemed to come from an area where staff took breaks. i tried contacting the front desk about a receipt, but i have not received any response
