okay stay with some issues
room temperature missing shampoo
location was central, but did not get too loud.
the hotel room was too hot, and they could not make it cool down. also, i did not find any shampoo or conditioner in the room.

really good stay near the station
museum tickets breakfast selection
the staff offered museum tickets. it was a KIND gesture. the breakfast selection featured many choices, that suited EVERYONE.
rooms were hot and they couldn't get them to cool down. no shampoo or conditioner provided in rooms. pillows could have been softer.

The staff showed really good thoughtfulness. Breakfast included varied and good quality options. The location offers convenient access to the train station. It is only a short walk. Susanna even helped our friends find free car parking.

great stay near main attractions
central location friendly staff breakfast option
the location was central yet quiet i could easily walk to key sites and the main train station was also accessible. the breakfast included many options so i had a nice choice. the staff was super friendly which i found particularly cute.

friendly staff city map art museum
i liked that the reception staff was friendly. they showed us our room and provided a city map. staff gave suggestions and provided a pass to an art museum. the hotel suggested reasonable transportation to the airport and booked it.
the hotel was a LITTLE off the beaten path.

friendly staff good selection
the staff were very cute upon my arrival. they provided great guidance on how to reach rhine falls. the breakfast included a good selection of food, amazing!!! the station is also nearby.
the pillows provided could have been softer. i would appreciate softer pillows in the future.
