My room had complimentary water and soda, which I found in a fridge. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet because it had many options. Staff was very friendly and helpful, a total advantage.

The elevator was a little slow.

Really good Stay Downtown

helpful staff central location

I found the staff helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded to a double, and I appreciated that very much. The location is central, within walking distance of attractions and the train station. I found the free water on the first floor a very nice touch.

The street outside was noisy late into the night. Effective air conditioning would have been helpful, but it was restricted.

This hotel's location allowed convenient access to attractions. i especially enjoyed the helpful staff. They addressed my inquiries promptly. i found they provide free bottles of water, and that was helpful.

The hotel had some noise during the night. That was hard. soundproofing was inadequate, i could hear disturbances. also, the room felt small, given the rate.

excellent location great selection outdoor tables ineffective air conditioning noisy night taxi access

The location is excellent! I could easily walk to the train station and the lake. I also enjoyed the breakfast. There was a great selection of breads and salmon. The restaurant downstairs is superb, and I especially enjoyed sitting at the outdoor tables.

The air conditioning was not very effective. It took a long time for the room to cool. The hotel is close to restaurants and bars, so it got quite noisy at night. Taxis didn't drive or pick me up at the door which was not ideal with luggage!
