Really good services and amenities

The rooftop pool provided fine views.. The metro access was convenient. I found the breakfast buffet wonderful. Transportation arrangements to and from the airport were handled efficiently by the staff.
The air conditioner was not functional in heating mode only. December weather made the room uncomfortably hot. It made it hard to fall asleep due to the traffic noise.

i found the rooftop bar and pool to be a welcome break. the breakfast was varied and tasty. the metro and bus stops were just outside the hotel making it easy to get around.
the staff at reception looked stressed. there was not enough information about getting to the city centre via tube. housekeeping was not thorough i found hairs on the mattress and undersheet.

The breakfast had a good variety with salads and fruits. staff at the restaurant were kind. i also found the reception staff professional. Dimitri and kosta were really good.
the air circulation in my standard room seemed not fully working.
