I found the rooftop views amazing and the location good. the room was large and had a comfortable bathtub. the breakfast offered a great variety of options. I really appreciated this. the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available.

faulty air conditioning street noise
The rooftop pool was a definite highlight of my stay.
The air conditioning did not function correctly in my room. Staff did not offer an alternative room or compensation. The noise from the street was very noticeable, even on a high floor.

rooftop pool super clean gym immediate responses
i enjoyed the rooftop pool, it felt immaculate. the gym was super clean with good equipment. i received immediate responses whenever i contacted the hotel by email. the food quality in both the mondo café and sky lounge rooftop restaurant was wonderful!
I thought that the staff's friendliness did not meet the usual standard. the rooms lacked a coffee machine or tea. I missed that convenience. also, a hairdryer was not provided in the room.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable
the staff did not seem interested in their guests at the pool bar the staff were acting like a young married couple it was very unprofessional i also tried dining at the rooftop restaurant the food was inedible

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was great. The hotel is outside of the main tourist area. This allowed a different perspective of the city.
The hotel location is about a 25 to 30-minute walk to the main attractions. The room was basic. There was a stagnant smell throughout the hotel.
