helpful staff abundant options easy transportation
the staff was energetic and really helpful and the breakfast options were abundant i loved that the hotel allowed for flexible check-in i really appreciated that i could leave my luggage before my room was ready too the hotel is close to transportation so getting around town was very easy
the rooms are quite small it was a little cramped maneuvering around but honestly for the price and location it wasn't a dealbreaker

the hotel provides a shaded patio that guests can use at any time i really enjoyed this amenity the hotel also had convenient access to trams seven and fifteen right in front i could get around easily this location is a huge plus

the breakfast spread included many delicious options i was excited to see the great variety of food in the morning there was a coffee machine in the lobby and my room both , made it easy to enjoy a fresh cup whenever

a decent stay with a few issues
uncomfortable pillow small room
The pillow was not comfortable. It. the room also got very stuffy because there was no ac. breakfast had only scrambled eggs as a warm option, disappointing and the room ended up being quite small.

The breakfast had a very good selection of juices and teas. the location was good. The main train station was only about 10 minutes away. a complimentary bottle of mineral water was in the room. there was also a coffee machine with coffee capsules.

small elevator uncomfortable sleeping
the staff provided helpful recommendations which was acceptable
the elevator was small it was difficult to fit luggage inside with other guests. the room had no a/c so i opened the windows insects flew inside. sleeping became uncomfortable because of these issues

comfortable bed quality shampoo
the bed was comfortable, and the shampoo and shower gel was like a nice quality! there were options for tea and coffee too. the bakery across the street had delicious buns, though the price was nice.
The elevator was very small, and it was hard to fit people in with luggage.

The location had a tram stop right outside. It took me into town easily. The room was comfortable even if quite compact (it was still good).
The check-in process was stressful. I arrived quite late. The computer check-in process was irritating.
