“Sorell Hotel Rex sits in Zurich's university area, a spot I find appealing for its blend of quiet residential charm and proximity to the city's buzz; the family-run atmosphere promises a personal touch, more akin to a guesthouse than a chain. I appreciate their emphasis on a quality Swiss breakfast, setting a tone of genuine local flavor over sheer extravagance; it's a solid base for exploring Zurich's cultural side. This feels like a thoughtful choice for those who value understated comfort and a sense of place.”
