Coffee is provided free of charge during breakfast hours, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer are available at a surcharge.

All rooms are newly renovated and come with a private bathroom with a shower, soundproof walls, and a comfortable bed rated highly by guests for bedding. For other meals, guests can use the shared kitchen with all cooking tools, and the surrounding neighborhood provides multiple restaurants, a Coop supermarket, and eateries within a three-minute walk.

Josephine's Guesthouse is located 800 meters (a five-minute tram ride or 15-minute walk) from Zurich main station, with the Stauffacher tram stop just two minutes away. The property is within walking distance of Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, Zurich Lake, and the old town, while the surrounding area features shops and second-hand markets. The guesthouse operates with a self check-in system; the door code and key locker code are sent via email on the day of arrival. Luggage storage is available, and after check-out guests can use the common kitchen and toilet while waiting for transport.
