i appreciated the convenient location in a quieter area. it was an easy walk to nearby attractions and a supermarket was only five minutes away.
the hotel had very basic amenities in the rooms. i noticed some plug sockets did not work, and i found holes in some bedroom walls.

The location was GREAT. It was just a short stroll to the lake. The staff were lovely and helpful. A GREAT cafe was just across the road, and other shops were very close by.
The mattress was uncomfortable. It felt uneven. The lampshades were flimsy. When the light turned on, the lampshades would fall off.

The location was good near the lake. There were restaurants nearby, and also breakfast places. Trams got to the center easy, or I could walk.
The hotel provided only a couple fans. They were pretty useless.
