I had a mixed experience at the Sonesta in Philadelphia. The staff was commendable, especially Franklin, who managed the busy restaurant with extraordinary grace. The room was nice and clean, but the initial service from the front desk fell short of expectations, leaving a sour note on my arrival. Overall, it had its ups and downs but offered a decent stay.
