My stay had its ups and downs. The room boasted a fantastic view, but the service was inconsistent at times. While some staff were lovely and accommodating, I faced challenges with room service which was less than ideal for a hotel positioning itself as luxury. The location was great for exploring the area, but the dining experience left more to be desired, especially in regard to the limited availability of room service.
