Excellent Stay Downtown

The staff kindly upgraded my room to a higher floor. They also provided free drink vouchers for the bar to celebrate my occasion (what a pleasant surprise!). The room had all necessities. The bed was comfortable for relaxation.
The air conditioning was quite loud, it disturbed my sleep. The bedding setup had issues, I found the duvet sandwiched between two sheets. Additional hooks are necessary.

The hotel is in a great location, near many interesting places and subway stations. This location allows easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn. You save money on taxis and immerse yourself in the area.

The staff was helpful and friendly (especially with directions!). They happily answered my questions about the subway. The staff provided attentive service during my entire stay.

the hotel has a location i liked very much. it is very close to the world trade center memorial. the lounge and bar area are also very spacious. the big tv was also a great feature.
the rooms needed better design, they felt sterile. hallways lacked any design and the room felt corporate.

breakfast at the deli had good food and the main server was amazing. the cozy lounge and bar area is super and beautiful. i liked it very much.

i found the location convenient, with the world trade center only 200 meters away. the subway access simplified transportation. the room included an iron for clothing and a king-sized bed, just what i needed. it also had a coffee machine with a portable cup for on-the-go.
