superb stay with fantastic staff
helpful staff perfect attention excellent service welcome drinks
I loved the helpful staff, especially francois and rio, they provided perfect attention to detail. the night porter was friendly. His service was also excellent. the hotel location is great for exploring. It provides easy access to major attractions. i also appreciated the welcome drinks upon arrival.
The furniture felt low budget for the price i paid. It did not quite match the photos online. it was a little disappointing, though the room was clean.

river view fresh fruits kind staff
the suite i stayed in had river view, which i found amazing. every morning, i went to the terrace to eat fresh fruits. the staff was kind, especially when helping me with my luggage UP the stairs.

attentive staff good location poor cleaning secondhand furniture
the staff was very attentive. they ensured my needs were met. the location was well situated. everything was within a short walk.
the cleaning did not meet my standards. the rooms were strangely furnished. there was a strange selection of secondhand furniture. the bed was small.
