The location was seriously good! it was so close to everything i needed. the room was spacious and bright. The bathroom was comfortable. there were loads of fresh towels and shampoo!
the receptionist was really unpleasant and rude. she lacked likeability. i waited quite a while for the air conditioning to cool the room. it felt warm because of the sun all day.

The room was super clean. it also had a smart tv. my room included a balcony, a nice surprise. It was really nice and cozy
the window didn't close properly, so i could hear everything outside. i wouldn't say it is soundproofed, as you can hear everything from the corridors as well. location was a bit too far out for what i wanted

The staff at the reception were very professional. They were eager to assist and answered my questions with a smile. I appreciated that the hotel held my bag for several hours after checkout (very helpful). The location was also convenient, near restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
The window in my room didn't close completely. I could hear street noise.
