threadbare towel non-functioning heater
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The towels in my room were threadbare, one even had a big hole. The restaurant was located in the basement with no windows which was like a dungeon. The breakfast was cold each morning because food heaters did not seem to function

efficient check-in working air conditioning delicious pastries respectful staff
The check-in process was efficient. My room had working air conditioning and a good shower. Breakfast had pastries, so that was very good. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous.
The lift sometimes did not work, so i had to use the stairs.

The reception and lobby felt comfortable. The hotel corridors were clean. I noticed windows in the rooms face the park, which adds to the appeal of the facilities.

The room was clean with timely service. The room had larger than expected windows. Cleaners even helped with washing dishes. The room was compact, yet it had a good sized toilet and shower room.

The staff provided excellent service. They were helpful and courteous . The front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. I found them to be very attentive.

The hotel had many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel offers easy access to places of interest! I reached the Basilica with only a short walk. The area around the hotel felt really good.

mixed experience with some disappointments
torn towels small room
the breakfast had a varied choice, so it was good value
the room was small and there were no tissues available i also found some towels were torn the ac did not work well the hotel feels compacted it does not feel like a 4 star hotel
