the breakfast had a lot of choices. the location is great because the metro is right on the square.
The area felt rough at night. I was like i should be with someone else. i couldn't sleep well because of street noise and noises from neighboring rooms.

i found the staff attentive and always ready to help with a smile, especially alejadros. the rooftop pool offered great facilities, though getting a bed between 10-11am is recommended due to limited availability. i enjoyed the breezy atmosphere, but my partner would have preferred a little more shade. the breakfast selection was fantastic.
i noticed there was very limited storage space for clothes in the room, a bit challenging for a couple. we struggled with hanging our clothes, and this.

I was dealt with efficiently upon early arrival. The decor of the hotel and the room was appealing. The shower and coffee making facilities were excellent, i must say. The staff were friendly, capable of good conversation. the location is ideal, right next to the metro and tour buses.

The breakfast offered many choices and tasted great. The rooftop bar provided nice views, so I enjoyed having drinks there. The staff members were attentive, warm, and courteous. Luis from the front desk helped me with my phone network access, which I appreciated.
The toilet flushed once but was then unable to flush.

the staff at reception was super helpful. my room had free water replenished daily plus coffee. the rooftop bar and the pool were so much fun. cristos was especially amazing, he really took care of everything i needed!
the room was a little small, i thought it would be much bigger.

small bathroomunsettling neighborhood
I was really hoping for more from my stay. the bathroom was quite small, and every time i took a shower, water ended up all over the floor, it was very inconvenient. also, the room felt quite cramped. I definitely reminded me of i had less space than i expected. i also found the neighborhood a bit unsettling at night. Security presence was obvious, yet i still felt uneasy walking around.
