the pool area offered fabulous views of the acropolis. the location was excellent.. very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants in kolonaki. i also enjoyed the hotel's nice smells. staff members were courteous and helpful .

The room was clean and well kept. check-in was seamless and efficient. i particularly enjoyed the generous breakfast. It had many fresh options. the bed was very comfortable and ensured a restful night.
the gym equipment was not fully functional, some machines needed repair. it was disappointing since i wanted to maintain my workout routine. i hope the hotel addresses this issue soon.

The air conditioning was just noisy. It did nothing to cool the room. Trying to charge anything to the room proved impossible. I found that odd. The location up that hill made it a trek. I guess you need to be fit or rich enough to grab taxis.

The hotel Transportation service was quite DISAPPOINTING. i booked transportation through the hotel, it was seventy euro. a regular yellow taxi arrived instead. I could have booked it myself for forty euro. this seemed dishonest, particularly as they book it as a round trip and charge it before arrival, i felt trapped.
