consistent high standards
warmth professionality intuitive pressure traditional technique natural oil
the spa was a highlight of my visit, i had the cretan massage. marie's warmth and professionalism. the treatment used intuitive pressure and traditional cretan techniques, leaving my muscles relaxed. the natural oils used also cleared my mind.
I found a small detail out of place. the gym's music system had a slight buzzing sound. It was barely noticeable though.

i got a superior room. it included two separate sinks. there was a rainfall shower too. the gym has three treadmills.

extensive buffet stationary bikes small room missing cups
The breakfast buffet was extensive. It offered a wide selection. I also used the gym a few times . I found three treadmills and two stationary bikes available.
The room was smaller than I expected. It did not quite match the photos online. I had some issues with the kettle in the room. I requested coffee and tea, but I did not receive cups.

Satisfactory experience at the hotel
rooftop facilities central location comfortable beds
the rooftop facilities really stood out. The swimming pool was great. I also appreciated how centrally located it was, with easy access to both the airport and cruise port. The hotel rooms were large. The beds provided a comfortable rest.
The prices felt somewhat high, though I recognize this is a five-star hotel.

good quality quality ingredients well equipped equipped gym professional massage poor soundproofing dated decor curved bathtub
The breakfast had plenty of choice and good quality ingredients. The gym is well equipped. It is better than most hotel gyms. I also had a massage with Marie. It was very professional. I found it relaxing.
The soundproofing seemed poor. I could hear noise from the corridor. The decor of the room looked dated compared to the lobby. The bathtub had a curve, made getting in tricky.
