convenient location metro access warmhearted staff leaking sink unresolved matters management contact
the hotel had a very convenient location near the metro and tram station. there were markets and cafes just around the corner. the breakfast had a good selection and the staff was warmhearted.
the sink in my room had a leak i reported upon arrival. there were also a few other things needing fixing. i asked the management to contact me to resolve these matters, but this did not happen.

smooth visit in central hotel
positive tone breakfast buffet attentive staff
my stay went smoothly. janni at reception was cute, setting a positive tone from the start. i found the breakfast buffet diverse and substantial, with a staff that was genuinely attentive. annika personally delivered cinnamon rolls to each table, a small detail i noticed.
i noted that the bedroom evacuation plan could use some revision because the stair fire exit doors could not be opened by guests during an emergency.

Staff members at the reception were polite. They were helpful with directions. the cleaning team maintained high standards, so my room was well cared for. i appreciated the prompt responses to my inquiries.

The hotel offered an amazing breakfast with many vegan options. The location was also really convenient. The bus stop outside provided direct access to the airport. It was very easy.

The location was good for exploring. It was a short walk to the market. The breakfast selection was also satisfactory. The shower was excellent.
The room was quite warm. The AC was out of order. The windows could not open.

The breakfast included many options. I also appreciated the free use of bicycles. The location is convenient near the metro station. A restaurant is accessible through the inner courtyard.
The fitness room was small. I also noticed the absence of a sauna. My room faced the hallway and i was unable to open the window. The window situation made the room stuffy.
