fantastic stay!
delicious breakfast friendly staff lovely bathroom
the bathroom was WONDERFUL! and breakfast was delicious! Staff were amazing. they were really helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as the photos show, a big sized room, lovely bathroom and shower. It was very very comfy and tidy.
you can kind of guess where the hotel is through a small sign near the gate. this setup felt a little odd.

This location is convenient. It's near the main bus terminal, florence, and the main train station. it is also close to the city center, and many attractions are within walking distance. the hotel has SUPER accessibility.

The rooftop terrace features seats and flowers with city views. a welcome gift IS appreciated. a lift takes you to level 5. From there, it is only two short flights of stairs to the hotel. breakfast is served at a nearby cafe.

romantic stay at THE rooftop
spacious room super clean haven complimentary wine public transport
the room was spacious and super clean a true haven after a day of exploration. the complimentary wine was a sweet touch i shared a romantic evening toasting to our travels. the staff was helpful and always available to assist. a highlight was the proximity to public transport making getting around simple.
the elevator required a short walk through an older part of the building but this small inconvenience was quickly forgotten upon reaching the wonderfully themed hotel.

the location proved advantageous, allowing me to easily explore attractions. the room was clean and well maintained. i appreciated the complimentary wine provided upon arrival. the friendly and helpful staff enhanced my stay, addressing all my needs promptly.
The elevator access required taking stairs to the reception area. It was inconvenient with luggage.

the location is convenient. i was near the metro station. the room included a complimentary bottle of wine. a netflix account was also accessible.
the hotel is in an office building. this detail was not evident when i booked. the building was somewhat scary in the evening. the receptionist seemed a bit indifferent.
