helpful staff welcome drink central location many options
the helpful staff assisted with every request. i particularly enjoyed the welcome drink offered upon arrival, it felt so tender! the location near the charles bridge was convenient. the breakfast was a good experience with many options available.
I found the lack of daily thorough cleaning a slight inconvenience. The room was generally tidy, but i wished for a more attentive touch .

modern decor spacious room convenient location
The hotel is spotlessly clean. my room was spacious with modern decor. i found the breakfast selection amazing and appreciated the fresh juices. staff arranged for flowers and prague chocolate almonds to be in the room upon my arrival. It. the location is fantastic!

the location is very convenient close to the charles bridge. the breakfast buffet was quite good with many options. the front desk team was helpful they addressed my needs quickly.
my room lacked drawers , made it difficult to store clothes neatly. the towels provided were quite small. the room cleaning was not done daily .
