the location was beneficial because of the nearby trams and metro. the hotel staff were helpful and cute. the room was modern, and well kept. it met my needs efficiently.
the receptionists varied in their service style. one receptionist had an unusual style, almost unfriendly. i had to wait a bit to check in. the room size was smaller than expected.

My room was clean. I found the beds comfortable for sleeping. The location is excellent (close to everything). The staff members were kind and helpful .

clean room convenient location breakfast variety lovely staff
I found the room clean. It felt refreshing after a long day exploring! the location suited me perfectly as i could easily walk to many attractions. i also enjoyed the breakfast. It had a wonderful variety of options! the staff were really lovely, and they helped me with directions.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes, and i had to wait a few minutes, but it was a very minor inconvenience.

A tram stop sits right next to the building. It made traveling across town simple. several restaurants are within a five-minute walk, that offered different types of cuisines. a small grocery store is across the street, very handy for snacks.

the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. i found the public transport links very accessible. there were tram stops and metro stations close to the hotel , made getting around the city easy. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items.
the soundproofing could be better as i heard some street noise at night.
