big roomfriendly staffmissing assistance
my room was clean and big. the bathroom featured a shower with simple water temperature settings. the street outside was quiet. the staff was friendly and helpful.
upon arrival with a toddler, pram, suitcases, and bags, i was surprised to receive no assistance with our luggage! i also waited for a very long time for the elevator.

i find the location super convenient, like right in the heart of things. my superior room was very clean and the high-quality furniture made it extra comfy. the staff was friendly and eager to help with anything i needed.
the superior room i booked first had no view at all. there was a wall right outside, blocking all daylight.

there is a parking garage just a short walk from the hotel. it costs twelve euro for twenty-four hours, so that is a good option for drivers. transport connections to the city center are super good.
