poor lighting small gym
the breakfast was good. it had acceptable options.
the gym felt small and dark. the lighting seemed poor, and there was only one window. it overlooked the indoor pool area, not an outdoor space.

The grand beautiful double room I booked featured a spacious layout. It included a separate seating area with a large desk. The bathroom had two separate sinks. This was very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide array of options a la carte. I tried the beef tartare, and it was very high quality. There was also japanese cheesecake available. The staff went out of their way to assist me. The doormen were friendly and efficient, always opening the door. Check-in was informative. all AMAZING.
The christmas market location was not directly in front, as I was told. I wish I had known that before.

the staff was very friendly and polite. rooms are spacious and super clean. breakfast is a la carte with nice variety. i found the location to be perfect.
i asked for a grouped data on the invoice but it was not provided. i asked for a simple request in person. after one week it was still not finalized. i sent more than three emails.

the hotel is located perfectly for exploring. my room was modern and spacious. the bathroom had good air conditioning. well kept and well-kept here.
