Really good Location, Superb Service
excellent location complimentary wine
The location is excellent. Restaurants are directly outside the entrance. The complimentary wine was a very nice touch. I appreciated the free bottled water. A kitchenette provided complimentary coffee and tea. This was a great benefit.
I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of flexibility shown when I wanted to change the dates of my reservation. Despite my attempts, I did not receive a response or assistance, which slightly impacted my journey.

Breakfast is included at a family restaurant right in front of the hotel. A hotel staff member escorts you there each morning. The food was AMAZING!!!

The location is perfect. Many restaurants are right outside the door. The hotel is in a pedestrian-only area. The area is ideal for dining, shopping, and sightseeing.

The rooms are very clean. The showers have hot water. The beds were very comfortable. Our room included a balcony, which I very much enjoyed.

great location helpful staff free wine thin door small room light intrusion
the location was good. it was an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. the staff were helpful and friendly. i liked the free wine.
the doors were thin, so i heard everything. the hall light shone through the door cracks all night. the single room i had was super small.
