The location was great! the staff were helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. we particularly enjoyed the kitchenette and coffeemaker! this gave us the freedom to breakfast in the room, the adjustable heating, airconditioning, the high window, ceiling and tasteful furniture.
Unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to the 4-star expectations. the room was quite big, but it didn't feel as premium as advertised. one of the biggest issues was the misleading claim about air conditioning. The listing said it would be available, but it wasn't turned on until summer.

the location is convenient. metro red line and several busses are close by. koukaki is in easy walking distance to the akropolis area and plaka. there are also many nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel presented some issues. The provided coffee was not enough. I found the access felt a little unsafe. After 5pm, staff were reachable only via text. The room view included barbed wire and rubbish, which I found very disappointing.

the air conditioning wasnt good. it barely cooled down the room so it was quite hot. also, the noise from nearby rooms was loud late into the night, presumably coming from people returning from parties.
