transportation arrangement denied request
the hotel did not arrange transportation to the airport as promised, inconvenient. a power outage occurred and when i asked for a slightly later check out because of the prolonged outage, my request was denied. there were no explanations or apologies. it felt rather dismissive after such a disruption.

lovely staff convenient location nice deco
the staff was helpful. the room was very clean. i found the location convenient to move around. i liked the table games available at the hotel. i will definitely stay here again. the deco added a nice touch. a balcony is always a plus for me.

great location with modern rooms
perfect location sweet design
the location was superb. it's just a short walk from monastiraki square and the psyri neighborhood (i loved how central it was). the room felt spacious, and the interior design had a sweet, practical touch.
i noticed a slight coffee stain in the cup. this was a minor issue, but it slightly impacted my impression of the overall cleanliness (it was otherwise super clean).

the location is very central it made walking to main sites easy so many food and shopping options are nearby the staff were lovely and helpful i appreciated the clear and easy check in process with the code. the room was very clean i had a comfortable bed i found the in room kettle with tea and coffee helpful. breakfast starts next door i could choose from several options on a menu with eggs cereals and yogurt.
the street can be noisy i could hear noise from the street until late but the hotel provided ear plugs

excessive noise mediocre breakfast
the location is central. it was close to restaurants and public transportation.
The noise was excessive. there are pubs and bars nearby that stayed open late and made sleeping difficult even with the earplugs the hotel provided. breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was mediocre. I am glad i did not book the room with breakfast included.
