excellent coffee separate sitting room
The BREAKFAST options presented a typical european fare. The COFFEE was also quite excellent. The water pressure in the shower proved really good. I appreciated the suite setup, with a separate sitting room adding a touch of luxury. The bathtub provided a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.
I noticed the gym required an extra fee for use. It seemed unusual for a hotel of this caliber.

good breakfast ideal location poor sleep constant noise
breakfast was good quality it had everything i needed. the location was close to the bus station this was ideal for me.
my room on the third floor was near the tramline and a highway. the sleep quality was poor because of the noise police sirens were very loud.

The breakfast had huge variety with tasty and generous amounts, the coffee machine also worked well. i found the room spacious. A comfortable bed and cleanliness were big pluses. i appreciated that they made a nice cot available for my toddler.
The staff was not always helpful or particularly friendly. I did want more assistance.

the hotel is near public transport. the tram station (tesnov) is very close. the bus and metro stations are only a 5-minute walk away. i also found gluten-free cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

the building has a beautiful exterior. the staff provided kind service! and were helpful . the hotel ensured convenient accessibility to nearby attractions using public transport.
