convenient and clean stay
central location necessary equipment
i appreciated the central location. it was easy to access the metro and rer lines. i was also able to leave my luggage before check-in time. the room had everything i needed for a short stay.

Really good Stay with Unbeatable Service
clean place new condition great location
The location was PERFECT for train travel to the airport and exhibition center. It was very clean. Everything felt new. This might be the best place I have stayed, EVER. I will definitely book here again.
The elevator is very small. It barely fits two people.

The staff was really good, always professional and super helpful. One staff member even walked a guest to the Uber pickup point, ensuring safe transport. The service.

This location is amazing, with MANY restaurants and cafes nearby. The Westfield mall is also close. The metro station beneath the mall makes getting around easy.

minor issues
small room few hangers
the location was good, i found it easy to get around.
the photos online were not the same as the room i got. the room was small, it was uncomfortably so and i did not enjoy it. there were no drawers and only five hangers in the room, also the elevator was small. you also must carry your luggage up one floor to get to the elevator.

great location helpful staff laundry room delayed check-in missing shampoo missing amenities
the location was great. i found a metro station and many cafes and restaurants nearby. the apartment was very clean and the staff were helpful at every interaction. i appreciated being able to use the laundry room too.
the check-in time was at 15:00, but the room wasn't ready when i arrived. i had to wait until 16:30. there was no shampoo in the bathroom as they forgot to refill it. kitchen amenities such as oil, salt, pepper, tea, or coffee were also missing.
