fresh croissantsmetro stations
the breakfast included fresh croissants each morning. (i really liked that) the location was near several metro stations. this made getting around very easy.

The location is convenient with multiple metro stations nearby. A supermarket is close offering convenience. Breakfast was included and it was quite good.
I had to pay a deposit upon arrival that was unexpected. The room showed signs of wear with marks on the walls. The windows seemed quite thin allowing sound to travel easily.

The location suited my travel needs perfectly. Gare du Nord was within easy WALKING distance. I found a metro station nearby as well. The room space was limited, but the bed offered good comfort.
The room heater made a noise ALL night. This kept me from sleeping well.

The location allowed for a convenient walk from Gare du Nord. I appreciated this proximity after a long journey. Fresh croissants were provided during breakfast. I found them a good start to the day. The room was very comfy and tidy. It gave me a sense of relaxation after exploring the city.
I encountered noise from doors and movement on the floor above. It was quite disruptive during the night.

broken heatingneeded repairs
my room was quite cold. the heating system was not working, and the staff couldn't fix it. the bathroom seemed newer than the rest of the place, but overall, the building clearly needs some work (maybe they will get around to it someday).
