a decent stay near gare montparnasse

convenient location helpful staff bag storage small room small bathroom odd breakfast area

i chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to gare montparnasse, it was a quick 3-minute walk, convenient. an elevator was available, though reaching the 6th floor required climbing one flight of stairs from the fifth floor (not a big deal for me). i found the staff helpful and available around the clock. i was able to store my bags at the front desk before check-in and after checking out without any problems.

the room i had was noticeably smaller than the photos suggested online. the bathroom was also quite small, but it was functional. the breakfast area was part of the reception (i found it a bit odd).

convenient location helpful staff elevator access

I found the location convenient for accessing trains and the subway. the staff was helpful with directions. They were available whenever i needed assistance! i especially appreciated the elevator access to most floors, even though the 6th floor required climbing one flight of stairs.

the limited amount of milk, tea, and coffee in the room was a minor inconvenience. having more of these items available would have been helpful for morning refreshments.

The room included a large window, great for natural light. It almost reminded me of a small balcony. the bathroom size was quite adequate and included all basic necessities. the space was very warm and clean.

breakfast included a selection of croissants, bread, and pain au chocolat, perfect with coffee or tea. the staff happily recommended nearby restaurants, providing helpful advice! crepes were amazing!
