the staff was very friendly, energetic and willing to help with everything! they arranged taxis and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. the room i stayed in was charming. it was meticulously cleaned and maintained .
The room was not in a typical indoor hotel area. It seemed built within an outdoor space, which impacted the comfort a bit.

I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. the location is near the jardin du luxembourg. the metro stop is only a couple stops from gare du nord. It made travel simple. i appreciated the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. It complemented the pastries from the nearby patisserie.

The hotel's location near the Pantheon proved convenient for getting around. It was centrally located.
The coffee machine in the lobby was out of order for three days . The staff did not try to find a replacement. I had to complain to get a refund for the lack of coffee at breakfast.

amazing stay with a fantastic pool!

I found the staff really cute, and i loved the interiors, especially the window in my room. i especially liked the indoor pool. I booked it for a private hour and it felt so magical. having an indoor cave pool in the city center was pretty special to me.
i noticed the gentleman at the front desk at night seemed uninterested in assisting guests. the room was right next to the stairs so noise easily travelled, a bit disruptive. i believe soundproofing or adding double doors might help.
