the location were perfect for walk almost everywhere in the center. the staff were very nice and helpful to me.
air conditioning, never worked. i called the front desk, but she told me to change the thermostat. no one offered to fix it of two nights. i found body hair in the jetted tub so i cleaned that.

AWESOME stay!

The location is perfect. I found it was so close to shops, restaurants, and the harbour. The historic building is very authentic. I REALLY liked that. My room had a spa bath and shower. I was very comfortable. The staff tried their best to be helpful. The elevator was also quick.
The air conditioning did not work. I changed the thermostat, but nobody offered assistance. The guest services have shifted downward.

The facilities include a fitness center with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A business center offers computers and printing services. I also observed free WIFI throughout the hotel. There is also a breakfast area with lots of seating.

The location is great. I got a room with nice wooden beams. The shower was roomy and clean with a large space. The staff was cute and friendly, so it was all good.
