broken keurig decaf coffee
i was pretty annoyed that the keurig machine in my room didn't work. to make matters worse, all they provided were decaf coffee pods. i really needed a caffeine boost, and the lack of bottled water in the room was another letdown.

I stayed in a beautiful classic king room. the hotel provided a coffee machine and tea in the room and it was very convenient. the location was near major attractions. Everything was within walking distance!
the car noises were a lot at night, because my room faced the street, it wasn't very well soundproofed.

slow valet decaf coffee
the valet service seemed understaffed. i waited almost thirty minutes for my car, really tested my patience. also, the keurig in my room only had decaf pods. i needed real coffee to kickstart my day, not that weak stuff.

comfortable beds good air conditioning working fridge
i stayed for two nights. the beds were comfortable. the air conditioning worked well, i liked it. the mini fridge was a real bonus for keeping drinks cool (especially water).
i found the hotel could improve its speed. i waited 30 minutes for my car to be brought to the front door upon leaving by valet parking.
