location good service lacking
slow valet thin walls
the valet service was quite slow i waited almost an hour for my car to arrive. the car was covered in ice making it difficult to drive right away i had to scrape the windshield. there was also a lot of noise from neighboring rooms i could hear conversations throughout the night.

The room was a beautiful king room. It featured comfortable furnishings. the bathroom had a separate shower and tub, i noticed. Toiletries were plentiful. i appreciated daily housekeeping, this ensured a tidy space, though the hallways were wide.
the hotel gym, though functional, was a bit dated. the equipment showed some wear, this included the treadmills and weights. it could use a small refresh.

central location cardio machines
i found the location excellent , near many key attractions. the hotel has a gym with several cardio machines. weights. i used the valet service , and my car was promptly available each time. the room had complimentary tea and coffee , a pleasant touch.
during my stay , i noticed the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan , a slight inconvenience. this small addition would improve air circulation and prevent moisture buildup. i hope it is addressed in future updates.

convenient access aesthetic experience
The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions , including parliament hill. i greatly appreciated the art deco design. It offered a unique aesthetic experience. the staff proved helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. the room service breakfast arrived promptly and was delicious , particularly the hot coffee.
my room was located near the elevator on the sixth floor , and the street traffic created significant noise at night. i found it difficult to sleep soundly because of the constant sound. the issue detracted from the otherwise lovely experience , and i hope it will be taken into consideration in future room assignments.

outdated technology chromecast absence
The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness .
The room's technology seemed a bit outdated because Chromecast was not enabled on the television. This impacted my ability to stream content from my devices I found this inconvenient and hope it can be addressed soon.
