constant noise slow valet
this hotel annoyed me. first, the room was right across from some service area. it was too noisy. i could hear noises all night and sleep was hard. also, the valet parking was a joke. it took forever to get my car when i needed it.

dark curtains parliament-facing room
The location is really convenient. I could walk to many restaurants and cafes.
My room faced the parliament, and it was noisy because the curtains weren't dark. The noise really bothered me at night (I even used earplugs).

Acceptable Stay, But Room Problems Persisted
faulty shower inconvenient faucet
The location was acceptable since it was close to points of interest.
I found the bathroom design to be a major drawback. It seems like the hotel was constructed poorly. There wasn't a bathtub in my room, only a shower. Water constantly leaked from the shower, even when I kept the door closed, so I needed to use many towels each day to clean it up. the sink faucet was a single unit with separate knobs, so it was very hard to make it anything but very hot or very cold.
