i stayed in a family suite. the room included a fully functional kitchen with a stovetop. daily room service ensured the room was tidy. the hotel's downtown location made exploring very convenient.
The breakfast area felt small for the size of the hotel. It got crowded.

The breakfast included boiled eggs and different kinds of bread. there were three kinds of plumcake along with ham and cheese. Toasters were plentiful. this provided convenient options before starting the day.

The valet service was efficient. My car was ready quickly. there is a rooftop area with a pool. the hotel provided daily room service, and everything was always tidy! though the gym was not that big

My suite included a full kitchen. It was very convenient. the front desk staff provided helpful information about city attractions. breakfast kept me GOING. It was adequate to start the day.
The pool was a little SMALL. It can get crowded.

the suite was large with a fully equipped kitchen including a dining table. i noticed the kitchens and bathrooms have been updated since my last visit years ago! the location is great and the transformed phillips square is very nice. there was even dancing on the weekend nights!
the breakfast area is not very big for too many people, and the selection isn't the best.

This hotel location is excellent, and it's only a few minutes from the main shopping street. The location was perfect though the parking was expensive! it's also close to the convention center.

The breakfast was quite basic. I found only a few types of plumcake, boiled eggs, bread, ham, and cheese available. I expected more variety and better quality from a hotel of this supposed standard. The pool seemed small, and the water was too cold for a comfortable swim. The fridge was also quite noisy, as was the air conditioning. I had to turn them off at night.

tv contentpoor service
i found the breakfast room situation appalling. there was a very large screen tv blasting inappropriate movies. it was a room brimming with kids on the weekends. i asked a person in charge at reception to switch it off, but no one acted. i had to shorten our breakfast to avoid exposing my child to trash.
