the staff were personable. emenities were available and accessible. i wish this hotel was on my regular travel itinerary. the hotel location was close to everything downtown.

I found the room spacious and well-kept. the bed provided good comfort. It helped me rest well. the hotel's direct access to the underground city was convenient .
the elevators were occasionally slow, though not critically so.

The proximity to place des arts proved quite useful. It is within walking distance. accessing the metro station was simple. This facilitated convenient travel throughout the area. the hotel's situation provides easy exploration.

I observed the food court in the basement. This space presented varied options. breakfast included many choices. It was quite satisfying. there were options for different tastes, though the seating area could get busy.

The staff was attentive. They addressed my inquiries promptly. i appreciated the quick resolution when i left my wallet. That was helpful. the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness well. They kept the spaces tidy.
