adequate stay experience
perfect location comfortable bed visible stains water taps
the hotel had a perfect location for exploring the area. the room included a nespresso machine, which i appreciated. the bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains and stray hairs, i also noticed the water taps lacked filters, and water splashed everywhere.

a decent stay with some issues
pretty restaurant outside courtyard useful kitchenette bathroom toothpaste bathroom limestone hostel vibes
the hotel restaurant looked very pretty. the atrium and outside courtyard created a gorgeous spot. i also appreciated the little kitchenette in my city studio, it was useful.
i found toothpaste on the wall and door in the bathroom. limestone covered the shower and the sink. there were hairs on the floor. staff gave hostel vibes and didn't whatsapp me when they said they would.

mixed experience with some cleanliness issues
stained sofa missing toilet paper
the kitchenette was a positive feature. it allowed for convenient meal preparation and storage.
the sofa in my room had noticeable stains. i had to use a towel for seating due to its condition. other furniture pieces already showed signs of damage.. moreover, requesting additional toilet paper proved difficult. despite multiple requests, it never arrived.

I found the location really convenient and close to a garden. the restaurant and bar had a really nice atmosphere. the staff was always friendly, offering great service. i loved the modern yet cozy feel of the rooms and the courtyard felt right at home. It had beautiful decor.
the additional fee for the cleaning came as a surprise to me, i saw it in my introductory message!

nice staff quiet ac
I tell you what, that staff was nice. rare find in this place! the bed was perfect for sleeping. the ac unit runs real quiet. I liked that a lot. they got a cafe which is very convenient.
My room got real hot. I asked them about it. they told me they fixed it. i could not adjust it myself to get it how i wanted.

amazing reception equipped suite room washer room dryer
the reception area is amazing, with many tables indoors and outdoors. i found it easy to work or chat there while having a drink. i stayed in a family suite and it was well-equipped. the room had everything i needed. i particularly appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. it was very useful for a longer stay.
there was no space in the common areas to sit and enjoy a drink or food, many students were present
