amazing location, clean rooms!!!

perfect location convenient way fantastic bonus

The location was perfect. It was close to all the must-see attractions in the gion district. it was also only about a three-minute walk to the buses, a really convenient way to get around. complimentary pastries, juice, and ice coffee to start each day was a fantastic bonus! the staff was lovely as well.

i thought the breakfast could be better. it was limited to an assortment of rolls, packaged margarine and jelly, some boxed juices, and instant coffee or tea. after trying it once, i opted to buy something elsewhere.

The breakfast was quite basic. I found the limited selection disappointing. the seating area was also small. It felt cramped during peak hours. i also noted a lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep.
