Really good amenities and service
helpful staffcomplimentary snacks
The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day in the lounge area. These amenities added a lot of value to my stay and were a welcome bonus after a day of exploring. The onsen was a relaxing experience after a busy day.

amazing stay near everything
excellent breakfastclean bathhouseattentive staff
breakfast had many options and staff replenished it quickly the hand-drip coffee and fruit and vegetable juice provided before breakfast were excellent for early rising guests even if not dining the public bathhouse was clean and open for long hours they provided stickers with tattoos and massage chairs were available after bathing. the front desk provided complimentary disposable items like skincare products cotton swabs and hairbands and small souvenirs were available for purchase they had both staffed and self-service counters and staff immediately switched languages upon seeing passports during check-in showing great attentiveness.
i found a couple mosquitoes near the windows in my room i wish there were none

our room offered enough space to open our two big suitcases the bed was very comfortable the hotel provides massage chairs that we especially needed after long walks we found them a great addition. local restaurants and shops surround the hotel.

this place has a great location it is close to shijo and karasuma but on a less busy street the hotel's interior is stylish and well-kept with a great ambiance. there is a nice small seating area in the lobby with books and newspapers available for reading.

the breakfast and lounge area accommodated guests well even on busy mornings the buffet-style breakfast offered a wide range of options too. a selection of soft drinks and cakes were available at certain times of the day.
