equipped kitchen washing machine dryer small room size luggage placement noise isolation
the room had a kitchen. it included a washing machine and a dryer. these features proved quite useful .
the room felt smaller than expected. placing the luggage became challenging. noise from the adjacent room was audible, despite reporting this issue.

A true sanctuary
attentive staff laundry facilities easy access wooden floors
The staff was attentive, ALWAYS ready to assist with directions. Free laundry facilities were a great bonus, we always had fresh clothes. The location was a true advantage. It allowed easy access to key areas. I particularly appreciated the wooden floors. They were wonderfully renovated.
The room service was available only once every three days under the eco stay program. This detail wasn't clarified during check-in.

The hotel provides a tea room that offers a large selection of teas and coffees. This makes for a relaxing experience. Guests have access to complimentary 24-hour coffee, a VERY thoughtful touch. Breakfasts are also available to be served in the rooms.

The rooms offer a harmonious blend of Japanese style and modern comfort. This design really adds to the experience. The DOUBLE room featured comfortable beds and ample space for our family. Each room includes complimentary water.

Chiu and his team offered attentive service and were always ready to help with area information. The staff speaks english VERY well. This facilitates communication. They gladly assisted with restaurant reservations and airport transportation arrangements.

The hotel enjoys a central location within easy walking distance to key attractions. It's quietly tucked away from the busy streets. This ensures a peaceful stay. The Karasuma line and Hankyu line are easily accessible.
