amazing stay! totally recommend!

the staff were genuinely warm. They welcomed me immediately. my room included traditional touches, it felt special and cozy. the garden was so peaceful! it felt relaxing despite being in the city center.

the staff was attentive (i really appreciated their kindness). they quickly accepted my luggage when i arrived early, allowing me to explore the area freely. upon my return, my bags were already placed in my room. the garden view offered a peaceful start to each day.

this ryokan is in a very convenient location near to many places for eating and shopping. its location allows convenient access to train and bus routes for visiting other areas. it's easy to walk to many places i wanted to visit from this location.

i ordered the traditional japanese breakfast and it was freshly cooked and brought to my room nice and warm. the staff explained each dish as they served it. they also poured warm tea for me each morning (a lovely touch!).

The staff was helpful and friendly (i loved that!). The japanese breakfast was delicious. I was able to leave my bags after check out so i could explore. I really enjoyed the experience.
The room was too cold. I was unable to modify the a/c. The private bath was a bigger tub. This was disappointing based on previous onsen i tried.
