lovely surprise!

pastry variety great location helpful staff

Breakfast included a nice variety of options. I especially liked the pastries. the location was great. I walked to several attractions. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. They were so kind and efficient!

The hotel is near many restaurants and major tourist sites. This is within a one-hour walking radius. access to public transport is very convenient because metro stations are nearby. the surrounding area felt safe and lively!

The room had a large tv with ample power outlets. This was a plus. the bathroom included all necessary toiletries and fresh towels every day. the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

the breakfast had many different options. i observed that the dining area was clean and well-kept. the staff kept refilling items ensuring everything was fresh. the coffee machine was easy to use!

The front desk staff was available 24/7. This felt reassuring. they gave prompt responses to any inquiries. the housekeeping service was efficient and thorough. They did an excellent job with the cleaning!

the staff was helpful , and the location was close to subway stations.

the noise from the street was a real problem , especially at night. i had to use earplugs to sleep , even on the highest floor. the bars nearby kept the noise going until dawn.
