acceptable, but with issues
dark room outdated decor
the breakfast was adequate.
i was assigned a room that faced an inner courtyard, consequently, the room was very dark. the decor seemed quite outdated. the staff didn't bother to explain any of the hotel amenities when i checked in.

street noise minibar restock
I found a couple of things disappointing. The soundproofing was not good. I could hear street noise quite clearly, even on a higher floor. the minibar wasn't restocked daily. I expected it to be for the price I paid. It wasn't a major issue, just inconvenient.

spacious room useful iron
the room was so spacious, i booked an avani superior room view. there were so many nice details like the iron, so useful!
the air con was stuck on heat, it was annoying but i could keep the window open.

Awesome breakfast and Central Location
massive buffet delicious ham vibrant ambiance
I found the breakfast really good. It featured a massive buffet with delicious hams and cheeses. The location on Alonso Martínez plaza is wonderful. The hotel design is modern with a vibrant ambiance.

charming stay
friendly staff large bathroom
i appreciated the friendly staff. yasmin was especially nice and cute (it made the arrival so smooth). the room featured a large bathroom and seemed very updated.
the wifi had issues. it advertised being free, but it struggled with basic browsing. premium wifi was available for about 10 pounds a day, but i wish i had known this beforehand.

the hotel has very good bus and metro connections. it is situated within easy reach of the central area. this makes it easy to explore all attractions during your visit.

the breakfast room was well laid out. it had an extensive range of fresh food and drinks. hot dishes were also included in the options available to hotel guests each morning.
