free water helpful staff
the room had a mini fridge. it also included free water bottles. the street below seemed busy. i found my room very quiet. the staff was always available through whatsapp. they helped me access the hotel.
the mattress firmness was not perfect. it was acceptable, but not really good.

the room was very clean. staff was always helpful with everything i ask. location is excellent near the metro station. i had a amazing room with a balcony too. i would stay here again for sure!
my room was near reception. sometimes, i hear noise at night.

central location great customer service clean room
The hotel's location was central. I could easily walk to the shopping areas. The customer service was great. The staff were helpful. My room was very comfy and tidy. It was also close to local attractions.
