Acceptable Location. Disappointing Room

The location was central. Everything I wanted to see seemed within a reasonable walking distance.
My room felt quite outdated. The air conditioning was loud. It disrupted my sleep. Also the noise from other rooms was pretty bad. I could hear my neighbors easily.

the room was quite dated. the carpet was old and stained, it just didn't feel clean. also, there weren't enough outlets near the bed, a major inconvenience. the noise from the a/c was disruptive!
