transport information short walk city center
The staff gave GREAT information on transport from the airport. I used the metro thanks to the details provided, WHAT a help. I got a map upon arrival and clear directions to the city center. The location is a short walk from many attractions.
The tea and coffee choice in the room was just a little limited.

handy location good mattress thin walls tiny bathroom
The location was super handy, close to the city center. Staff offered plenty of help, I found it great. The room had coffee and water. The mattress felt good, very nice!
The front door access seemed very confusing. This complicated access to the hotel. The room walls are very thin, I heard lots of noise. The bathroom looked tiny. It looked dated.

central location convenience
transport details clear instructions
i appreciated inna emailing me before my arrival, sharing transport details from the airport. i was able to use the metro thanks to that information. upon arrival, inna provided a map, pointed out attractions and gave clear instructions to reach the city center.
the front door proved quite confusing to access the hotel. the key often stuck in the lock, a bit frustrating each time i tried to enter.

given the number of bars in the area, i found breakfast options were plentiful nearby. the hotel is located on a quiet street. it is simultaneously close to the city center's vibrant life.

mariana messaged me first with arrival instructions. it was helpful. mariana was very supportive, helping me with my luggage since i had quite a bit.

the location is superb. many attractions were within easy walking distance. the hotel stands 10 minutes on foot from puerto del sol so it is ideally situated for seeing the tourist sites
