the hotel is conveniently located near bayside marketplace it has many restaurants shopping and boat tours nearby ross and cvs are just a block away the brightline train station is only a five minute ride i appreciated the assistance from the front desk staff they were always available to help with directions and recommendations. my room faced bayside and was spacious enough i found the beds comfortable for a good night's sleep.
the carpets in the rooms showed some wear and tear they could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement

The location worked wonderfully. It sits right across from bayside marketplace. It has many shops, bars and restaurants. They offer a shuttle for eight dollars to the cruise port. It is up the street. The breakfast pleased me.
There was no signage outside, making it a little difficult to find.
